Seminar Rate Package

The seminar rate package does include:

  • Lunch, incl. beverages (still water & coffee) for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
  • Dinner, incl. beverages (still water, coffee, wine & beer) for Monday & Tuesday
  • Free wine and beer for dinner on Monday and Tuesday
  • Workshops & seminar lectures included coffee breaks end refreshments during such breaks from start of the seminar Monday 11am until pre-lunch Wednesday
  • Access to the seminar facilities and the exhibitor space
  • The daily program will be available in the seminar app

The seminar rate package does NOT include:

  • Accommodation
  • Travel expenses
  • Parking
  • Extra beverages after dinner and bar
  • Other services booked at the hotel
