- Sponsors can cancel and get a full refund up to and including 1st April 2024
- If after 1st April 2024, a Sponsor can’t travel/attend because of restrictions of their own government/employers and the seminar is still going ahead/allowed in accordance with Italian regulations, there will be a refund of the sponsorship monies minus the amount for each registered company representative which is calculated at EUR 500.00 p.p.
